Hi, we're Oscar. We’re hiring a C+O Account Consultant to join our Sales team.

About the role:

The Account Consultant supports our regional sales teams in meeting and exceeding their quotas (growth and retention standards) You'll be working with our regional Sales teams and across Oscar making it easy for brokers to understand our product offering, competitive positioning, and quoting tools for our Cigna + Oscar partnership. In this role, you will act as a single point of contact for regionally assigned brokers and general agents.

You will report into the Sales Lead. This is a remote / work-from-home role. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington. Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies for prioritizing and outbounding to prospective brokers and
• Manage relationships with existing distribution partners
• Handle inbound calls and emails from Oscar’s general agents and brokers and ensure we maintain a concierge level of service
• Collaborate with Oscar’s Eligibility, Billing, and Member Services teams to resolve complex issues
• Maintain a deep understanding of Oscar’s plans, benefits, and networks with the ability to educate others on our products across markets.

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• 1+ year(s) of sales experience
• Experience making data-driven decisions
