Position Purpose:

The Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics sits in the Enterprise Analytics & Data Science department and uses analytics and data science to drive and optimize enterprise and partner campaigns performance.

This is a highly visible role with direct exposure to the leadership team. Your analyses and recommendations will shape the marketing department’s strategies for future customer and partnership growth. The senior manager will lead a team of analysts and partner with integrated marketing teams. The team will assess the impact and effectiveness of enterprise and partner campaigns and develop insights and recommendations to optimize these campaigns. The team will also help shape future enterprise and partner marketing strategies.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide leadership in driving and measuring enterprise and partner campaign performance
• Lead and advance the campaign measurement framework to assess the holistic impact to the enterprise and partners
• Partner with integrated marketing teams, CRM teams, media teams and MarTech to strategize, plan, execute and measure enterprise and partner campaigns. Adopt best practices and streamline the end-to-end processes
• Build marketing/media data pipelines and enable automated data ingestion
• Build self-service dashboards and provide timely reporting and insights to business stakeholders and partners
• Present findings to executive leadership by effectively translating complex data and methodologies into clear insights, opportunities, and achievable business actions.
• Develop insights from marketing mix modeling and multi touch attribution and optimize investment mix and tactics
• Build roadmap to elevate marketing analytical capabilities and become the cutting-edge marketing analytics org Coach and guide team member and help them grow their skills sets and core competencies
• Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required, assigned, or directed.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, math, computer science or similar (Master’s degree preferred)
• 5+ years in marketing/customer analysis
• 1+ year experience managing data analysts and/or data scientists with a proven track record of building high-performing analytics teams and developing analysts/data scientists.
• Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling and Multi Touch Attribution preferred
• Expert in SQL
• Proficient in Python / other statistical programming languages
• Proficient in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker etc.
• Knowledge and expertise working with relational databases and large datasets. Experience with Snowflake, AWS, GCP or Azure environments a plus
• Application of Machine Learning and AI in marketing programs
• Experience with retail industry and customer-level data strongly preferred
• Ability to think conceptually and creatively about problems and solutions
• Ability to synthesize and communicate complex analyses for a broad group of stakeholders
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and presentations skills are necessary due to the nature and level of interaction with peers and senior management
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, database management, as well as project management and leadership skills is required
