Job Description

We’re looking for Lifecycle and Growth Marketing specialists to join our high-impact Lifecycle Marketing team. The team is responsible for always-on digital communication programs to drive customer acquisition, activation, retention, expansion, and advocacy at scale.

You’ll help customers in target segments create work solutions that improve their lives, scale and adapt over time, and are worthy of “viral” sharing. You’ll succeed in this by driving collaborative work with Product Management, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Marketing Ops, UX, and more.

You’ll uncover customer insights through research, lead experiments based on those insights, and present results and recommendations to executive stakeholders. You’ll be involved in all phases of projects, so roll up your sleeves and be curious, empathetic, and ready to learn as you iterate. The key skill you have is the ability to thrive at the intersection of customer lifecycle data, product-led growth, and marketing operations.

You’ll be supported by the Senior Director of Lifecycle Marketing and can be based remotely or work (flexibly) from our headquarters in Bellevue, WA or Boston MA.

You will:

  • use customer lifecycle marketing (email campaigns, nurture programs, behavioral triggers, in-app messaging) to drive improvements in assigned KPIs.
  • support Worldwide Field Operations with digital communications (1:many) to complement field representative programs (1:1, 1:few).
  • partner with Product Managers to align digital campaigns with product development roadmap.
  • continuously improve KPIs via an optimization roadmap including both short-term campaigns and long-term programs; testing variables like targeting, creative, content, and cadence.
  • optimize conversion and other key metrics by conceiving, leading, monitoring, and analyzing A/B tests.
  • perform other duties as required.

You have:

  • 3+ years’ experience implementing lifecycle/growth marketing strategies via conversion optimization, email marketing, CRM marketing, marketing automation, or in-product messaging.
  • experience with marketing digital products (e.g. software, SaaS).
  • experience analyzing both raw and structured data (via Excel, Tableau, Amplitude, Looker, etc.).
  • ability to focus on both quantitative and qualitative data with appropriate balance.
  • ability to identify, scope, and prioritize opportunities through research and analysis to inform a roadmap and portfolio of workstreams.
