We are hiring an In-Region Tester Engineering Program Manager (EPM) who is self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with proven creative and critical thinking capabilities to handle complex multi-functional projects. As one Tester Engineering Program Manager (EPM) in the New Technology organization, you will need to co-work with multi-functional teams including, but not limited to, Test, Electrical, Mechanical, Optical, Process, Supply Chain & Logistics, Firmware and Software Engineering to deliver pioneering instrumentation and test solutions. You will be responsible to monitor the tester schedule, lead testers IR activities from design and development through deployment, identify program issues and spearhead solution/mitigation efforts quickly and efficiently in the field. Your goals are to ensure the tester activities are carried out solidly according to the given timeline. • 3 year above project management experience. Attention to detail.

• Tester design experience.
• Operations experience in a manufacturing environment.

Description

Description Lead multi-functional communication between Apple Internal project teams and external vendors. Work with Engineering Management and Vendors as per testing plan, and track, communicate and call out as appropriate. Drive factory line readiness for tester bring-up. Drive overall tester readiness, day to day build report management, DOE execution, MILs and FACA. Provide timely issue resolution and critical path management. Internal Details

Education & Experience Bachelor above or equivalent degree in Technical background related to hardware or test development.

• Intensive Traveling required (50~60%). Proficient in English and Mandarin. Knowledge of haptic and sensor technologies. (Preferred)
