Best Places to Work . We’re looking for a Marketing Associate to join our fast-growing marketing team. You’ll be responsible for supporting Front’s North American email, event(virtual, in-person, live and on-demand), and lead progression efforts. You’ll help the marketing team execute on campaigns, enhance them over time and keep organized records of key marketing metrics for past campaigns.
What will you be doing?
- Work cross functionally with product marketing, content marketing, and demand generation to create and manage a segmented email roadmap and calendar
- Closely monitor and optimize nurture emails – sent by both sales and marketing
- Assist in executing virtual and/or in-person events
- Collaborate with teammates to drive event attendance and post-event follow-up with engaging nurture programs
- Constantly monitor and improve the inbound lead UX and conduct market research to identify new opportunities and tools to remove points of dropoff and/or friction
- Partner with marketing operations to measure the success of email and event initiatives through key metrics such as MQLs, opportunities created, cost per lead, opportunity conversion, etc
What skills and experience do you need?
- 2+ years of experience in marketing ideally within a B2B environment
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent project/program management skills
- Ability to collaborate, build relationships, and drive results across teams(including remote colleagues)
- Ability to analyze and interpret metrics around marketing performance
