Job Description

• You manage the entire program lifecycle including initiation, definition, planning and control.
• Monitoring and managing the program budget, scope, risks, issues, and schedule will also be part of your responsibilities.
• You identify needs, manage expectations and build relationships with our stakeholder.
• You will lead regular status meetings with program team, project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
• To project managers and other program team members you will provide guidance and advice.
• You will manage the coordination with other programs (within and outside IT).
• Assisting in the implementation of program and project management standards is also part of your job profile.

Qualifications

• Education : University degree in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Personality and working practice : analytical, structured, excellent communication skills.
• Experience and Know-How : deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and their implementation in integrated SAP-based application landscapes. Experience with business process management concepts and enterprise architecture management. Experience with agile project management methodologies. Industry experience in engineering and construction is a plus.
• Qualifications : many years of professional experience with SAP implementation projects, including several years of experience in IT program or project management. Certificate in project management methods (e.g. Prince II, PMP) as an advantage. Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Languages : fluent in German and English.
