About the Role:

Credible is an exciting and innovative start-up based in San Francisco and with offices throughout the US including Durham, North Carolina. Under the direction of the Human Resources team, you will be a self-guided team member while also partnering closely with property vendors and internal resources. The Facilities Coordinator will be a part of Credible’s HR team contributing to the employee experience by maintaining a safe, clean and functional operation of Credible’s physical job site in Durham. The position is responsible for Covid-19 communication and policy enforcement ensuring a safe work environment for Credible employees. The Facilities Coordinator will manage office functions including Work Order coordination, Security badge, and access assignments, database management, daily office operations, maintaining office records, and providing general support services for staff.

Job Site Responsibilities:

  • Manages building access and amenities including distribution and collection of company property (employee badge, parking spaces, security system provisioning) for incoming and existing employees
  • Takes initiative in contacting vendors and approving resolutions to specialized worksite issues
  • Respond to internal service requests and coordinate with Building Services -HVAC, lights, kitchenettes & restrooms (plumbing/cleaning/repair), general & specific janitorial needs, primary contact for large or complicated repairs
  • Conducts regular inventory and orders of new office and kitchen supplies, furniture, appliances, electronics, and cleaning supplies as required
  • Organizing meetings and employee events, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
  • Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately
  • Ensures all office equipment is in proper working order and available for use.
  • Receives manages, and processes work order requests
  • Receives and sorts incoming mail and deliveries, and manages outgoing mail
  • Key point of contact during after hours and weekends.
  • Able to stand and walk around for long hours at a time
  • Physical ability to lift hand carry 50+ pounds

COVID-19 Protocol Responsibilities

  • Manages COVID-19 reporting and administrative management of various enterprise COVID-19 systems/processes
  • Maintains daily attendance log of all workers and visitors in adherence to Covid-19 clearance and testing procedures
  • Identify employees who may be subject to regular testing and monitor compliance by reviewing results
  • Create, post, and disseminate communications related to Covid 19 safety protocols and guidance (Hygenic, physical distancing, and staying home if sick practices)

Education and Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in facilities, HR, and/or office administration experience, ideally including some startup experience
  • Solutions-oriented and ability to problem solve
  • Experience with coordinating projects, process improvements, and managing change
  • Excellence in prioritization, time management, and follow-through; delivering tasks on time is a must
