What you will do for Siemens Smart Infrastructure:
Our Smart Buildings help to create efficient, safe, responsive and responsible environments. Our aim isn’t just about improving buildings; it’s about creating perfect places that improve peoples’ lives. This position coordinates the delivery of onsite and remote service activities from the initial demand creation through delivery and close-out. The right candidate will schedule and dispatch resources to ensure customer expectations and commitments are met for all services.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and attend manpower meetings and record important customer details.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and client service managers for manpower needs/ requirements.
  • Site-specific Administrative Support.
  • Assist in onboarding, insight account set up & server access requests, and coordinate & schedule on-boarding training.
  • Serve as Point of Contact for Genentech Training dashboard in the Learning Management System, electrical key request, visitor badge/day pass request.
  • ServiceNow (SNOW) - Track, and drive SNOW ticket follow-ups with requestors
  • Track, and monitor eACR ticket status from key stakeholders (FDT, JLL, Campus SPOCs, etc.).
  • Track Parts Orders
  • Maintain environmental health and safety by monitoring Genentech learning site to ensure requirements are up to date.
  • Maintain and coordinate Dixon PM schedule.
  • Maintain calibration and verification calendar for Genentech.
  • Works with Siemens calibration team and ensures customers receive calibration certificates.
  • Works with vendors and ensures that Siemens calibration equipment is certified and up to date.

Qualifications:

This position supports a Siemens customer who requires all employees and vendors to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 where permitted by applicable law and in accordance with an accommodation based on legally protected reasons.

  • High school diploma or state-recognized GED required; Associate degree preferred
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and understand customer service contracts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and business software systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Qualified applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States
