How you will make a difference:

The Sales Enablement Manager, Emerging Sales will design, implement, and manage enablement programs for the Sales Development and Emerging Sales teams starting from when an employee first joins and throughout their career at Iterable. This role is critical to the success of our Emerging Sales business unit and will be responsible for the creation, execution, and delivery of training focused on supporting the growth of our Emerging and Sales Development Sales teams. This role will report to the Manager, Sales Enablement.

You’ll get to:

  • Develop role-specific onboarding materials for SDR & Emerging Sales Onboarding Program
  • Gather, review, and scale prospecting best practices through creating actionable training content for our weekly prospecting training program in partnership with Sales Leadership
  • Support the creation and delivery of training that supports Iterable’s Sales processes and methodology
  • Work closely with the Operations Team to launch and enable new processes and tool changes
  • Support the SDR & Emerging Sales team through identifying and analyzing knowledge or skill gaps, and developing ongoing learning programs that provide a solution for the gaps found
  • Partner with the Marketing team to educate the Sales team on key programs and how to use them to drive pipeline
  • Partner with the Sales Leaders to support the SDR to Emerging AE promotion path and build promotion readiness training certifications
  • Work with the SDR & Emerging leadership to execute effective reinforcement and coaching disciplines

We are looking for people who have:

  • Experience in Sales Enablement or as an Account Executive or Sales Development Representative at a SaaS company
  • Experience with Sales methodologies, Go-to-Market processes, and training best practices
  • Direct experience using sales prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DemandBase, Outreach, Chili Piper, User Gems, intent data tools
  • Demonstrable project management skills in the owning of the requirements, scheduling, resourcing, design, delivery, documentation, and roll-out of projects
  • Ability to represent concepts, as well as summarize and communicate complex ideas into the curriculum with a strong sense of how professionals think, operate, and absorb training
  • Curiosity & desire to learn new skills and step into unknown challenges
  • Proven ability to design and deliver effective content across various mediums (Zoom, In-Person, and Google Slides) using basic principles of instructional design
  • Team player who has the ability to get buy-in across departments and seniority levels
  • Be highly coachable and invested in your professional growth, development, and career path

Bonus points:

  • Familiarity with enterprise email marketing and/or marketing automation solutions is a plus!
  • Experience with WorkRamp LMS, Guru, Salesforce CRM, or Gong
  • Near SF, NYC, or Denver offices

We’re rethinking traditional workplace planning and looking to strengthen belonging, innovation, productivity, and happiness whether it’s in an office, from home, or a hybrid of the two. As such, we've moved to a single geographical compensation band for all of our employees (the San Francisco Bay Area market for the US, London for the UK).

For Colorado-based employment: The minimum base salary for this position is $103,000/year. The compensation package includes equity, plus a range of medical, dental, vision, financial and other benefits. Additionally, perks such as daily paid lunches and generous stipends for health & fitness and learning & development, among others, are included
