In alignment with our strong learning culture, we are seeking a Program Manager to expand our Learning and Development (L&D) team within Human Resources. The L&D Program Manager will expand our learning curriculum and ensure the successful ongoing rollout of programs and resources for all employees at Two Sigma. You’ll partner closely with HR colleagues and employees to bring the right resources and expertise to bear. We’re a team, and together we achieve more. You Will Take on the Following Responsibilities:
  • Design & develop new programs and resources across a variety of topics, bringing together external experts and internal partners to build customized solutions for Two Sigma
  • Lead the build out of our new hire onboarding experience to ensure the successful integration of new hires to our firm and culture
  • Create implementation plans and coordinate the ongoing offerings of learning solutions to employees across all areas of the firm
  • Regularly report on the engagement and efficacy of L&D initiatives
  • Stay current on innovations in learning design and delivery; network and build relationships with professional organizations and training providers
  • Partner with HRBPs and Talent team to understand development needs and plan for additional programs/resources as needed
You Should Have the Following Qualifications:
  • Strong academic record with a BA/BS degree; a master’s degree is preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience in Learning & Development; 1-3 years of experience focused on new hire onboarding preferred
  • Prior success in design, development and execution of learning programs and resources
  • You’re an outstanding project manager with experience managing complex and ambiguous projects to great outcomes utilizing clear objectives, milestones, and communications to keep stakeholders aligned
  • You’re a quick-thinking, hard-working, and fast-learning problem solver with a proficiency in data analytics.
  • You are agile and have a growth mindset
