This role is hybrid (three days in the office & two days remote) in NYC.

As a Senior SEO Success Manager , you will be a part of the Customer Success organization within Conductor, leading the SEO strategy for one of our largest customers while leveraging our technology to help improve their organic visibility. In this role, you will be a trusted partner to this customer while driving adoption of Conductor’s SEO platform.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SENIOR SEO SUCCESS MANAGER

  • Responsible for using the Conductor platform to create reporting dashboards and SEO deliverables to help drive growth and value for one of the largest Conductor customers
  • Organize and conduct on-boarding and training calls with this customer’s individual business units to understand their unique goals, define success metrics, and empower them to be self-sufficient in Conductor
  • Proactively monitor, report, and evangelize customer usage of the Conductor Platform
  • Work closely and partner with a variety of internal and external teams, including digital product, marketing, project management, UX/UI designers, and content groups
  • Build a strong relationship with and educate this customer by being a partner and SEO leader within their organization
  • Lead educational presentations for customers
  • Proactively investigate potential opportunities to increase customer’s organic traffic & leads
  • Work on a team of talented organic marketers that have a passion for data and the ever-evolving industry

  • Maintain strong documentation related to customer issues, proactive tasks and general account information
  • Consistently ensures that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with Conductor policies, procedures, and core competencies

We’re excited about you if you have......

  • 4+ years of SEO experience at either an agency or inhouse (inhouse experience is a plus)
  • Experience leading global website migrations with multiple languages involved
  • Strong technical SEO background with website auditing experience
  • Knowledge of organic search and search engine ranking algorithms with a desire to stay up-to-date on the latest in the SEO industry
  • Demonstrated ability to gather information, prioritize initiatives, and achieve results on time
  • Experience with Conductor, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, DeepCrawl, Screaming Frog, and other technologies that inform organic search strategies
  • Prior experience training customers on how to use technology/software
  • BA/BS is preferred or equivalent experience in related field
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to assess urgency and set priorities is essential
  • Passionate about problem solving, relationship building and creating customer loyalty
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience managing a book of business and driving Enterprise customer outcomes
  • Ability to effectively overcome customer concerns and create a win-win outcome.
  • Strong results orientation with a proven track record of flawless execution and strong attention to detail
