Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst

Job Summary

The Sales Strategy Ops Analyst is responsible for providing escalated support to the Masergy sales organization on a variety of fronts, primarily opportunity financial modeling, data analysis, reporting, project management, and presentation preparation and delivery.

Core Responsibilities

• Establish strong working relationships with sales leadership, business operations, systems, and other cross-functional teams to achieve objectives without management involvement
• Devise and execute initiatives against the overall sales org strategy
• Measure against and improve upon strategic GTM initiatives on an ongoing basis
• Build models to evaluate the economics, value, and opportunity costs of strategic initiatives intended to multiply GTM team, rep, and route to market productivity
• Lead projects with key stakeholders and cross functional partners to make data-driven decisions on topics including: growth/churn strategy, territory optimization, process improvement, and product mix analysis
• Develop and deliver executive level and board level presentations using data analysis and insights garnered
• Play a pivotal role in our annual strategic planning process by making recommendations in areas such as how to restructure/grow teams and improve rep productivity
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
