Responsible for providing financial analysis, reporting and general support to Executive Leadership to tell a story using data. Has in-depth experience, knowledge, and skills in own subject area. Usually figures out own work priorities. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Tracks and analyzes key financial metrics and operational procedures to further improvements in execution. Drives operational efficiencies and cost savings. Performs sensitivity analysis.
• Participates in the development and use of financial models and analysis. Deeply involved budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting from a P&L standpoint.
• Evaluates financial risks and opportunities by crafting and reviewing operational and financial metrics.
• Assists with the preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports.
• Research variance to budget and forecast through detailed financial and operational and metrics and explains results.
• Heavily involved in month end business reporting. Reviews journal entries during month and year-end processes.
• Partners with Vice Presidents and operating Leaders to solve problems.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Specifications:

• Strong analysis and financial modeling. Experience in forecasting, variance analysis, season models, or statistical modeling.
• Data storyteller - Ability to analyze large data sets, quantify the impact, plan important actions and/or detailed summary of data to tell a story.
• Experience using SQL to data mine, write and/or use queries is helpful.
• Experience using Tableau for data visualization is a plus.
• High-reaching learner with curiosity about process innovations.

Bachelor's Degree
