How we LEAD:

Interscope Geffen A&M Records is looking for a highly-motivated, music savvy Executive Assistant to support the President of Geffen Records. This exciting role requires obsessive attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. An entrepreneurial spirit, polished professional demeanor, and the ability to keep calm under pressure are musts.

How you’ll CREATE:

• Heavy calendar management
• Maintaining high-demand schedules
• Greeting & interacting with artists & artist management teams on a daily basis
• Scheduling meetings & booking conference rooms
• Answering phones, transferring calls and taking clear messages
• Preparing submission of expense claims on a timely basis
• Regular meeting prep and coordination
• Acting as front line of communication with internal & external teams
• Needs to always be one step ahead, on top of every and any project

Bring your VIBE:

• 1-3 years of executive assistant experience in the entertainment industry
• A sincere interest & passion for music
• A positive, “can do” attitude
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage highly confidential information
• Ability to act professional at all times
• Comfortable interacting effectively with employees of the company at all levels
• Use organizational skills to manage office and time in a fast-paced environment and anticipate critical events/Executive’s needs
• Willingness to work “after hours”
