Moogsoft is seeking an experienced professional services consultant with an extensive background in ITSM and ITOM. You will be part of a high performing team of consultants who work and collaborate remotely to design, install, and configure the Moogsoft AIOps and Observability Cloud solutions for our global customers. You are passionate about providing expert adoption services and guiding your customers through successful adoption. You will...

• Lead and/or participate in discovery sessions with customers, pre-sales engineers, and other Moogsoft teams to understand the customer's business objectives and system requirements
• Provide consultative guidance to customers to help them understand and achieve rapid time to value from their Moogsoft solution
• Work with Moogsoft engineering and professional services to design the solution that best meets the customer's requirements
• For Moogsoft Cloud, provide expert guidance and adoption services
• For Moogsoft On-Prem & Hosted, lead the hands-on building of the solution leveraging core Moogsoft configuration capabilitiesLead testing to ensure the solution performs as designed; lead customer training sessions; and support customers through the go-live process and play a key role in promoting solution adoption
• Work with the PMO to understand assigned project responsibilities and keep your projects on budget and on schedule, communicating effectively and in a timely manner to identify and resolve any issues that arise
• Effectively manage scope, based on documented requirements and work with the PMO when there are signs of scope creep
• Work with the product team for any enhancement requests to the product that are identified during the solution deployment.
• Work on-site and remotely with customers, both individually and in teams
• Present and articulate advanced product features, benefits, and overall product solutions

You are/have...

• B.S. in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience leading workshops to discover and document business processes and workflows
• Focus on business services management and business outcomes
• Ability to define and implement SLA measurements
• Ability to assist customers during their process transformation/improvement to support our AIOps model
• Extensive ITSM/ITOM domain knowledge
• Experience configuring and/or integrating with ITSM solutions such as BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, Cherwell, and CAComfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer baseAble to troubleshoot complex applications using log files and other Linux-based diagnostic tools
• Strong presentation skills and can communicate professionally in written responses to emails, customer interactions, and when submitting reports
• Organized and analytical, able to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
• Travel to visit customer on-site as is become safe to do so
