As Senior Manager of Culture & Experience you'll have the unique opportunity to create and influence the experience our team has at work. In this role you'll report to the Head of Employee Communications and Engagement and will partner heavily with your Internal Communications, Employee Engagement, and People Operations teammates.

Responsibilities:

    • Continually look for ways to connect employees to Conscious Culture, Operating Values, and business priorities throughout the employee journey.
    • Prioritize inclusive programming and events.
    • Be part of a team helping to articulate Bolt's employer brand, followed by connecting programs, initiatives, and events to strengthen that brand.
    • Maintain a strong partnership (both strategic and tactical) with the Conscious Culture team.
    • Set priorities and direction for all employee-facing programs, perks, and events.
    • Lead the evolution of programs, perks, and events to best align with Bolt's future of work initiatives, including 4-day workweek, remote first, and working globally.
    • Develop and own the annual employee events and experiences calendar.
    • Create a program and resource center to provide tools for managers to engage with team bonding and employee recognition programs.
    • Relentlessly improve and evolve Bolt's employee experience, both incrementally and through innovation.
    • Partner with Internal Comms, Employee Engagement, and Learning & Development to bring meaningful learning opportunities to the team.
    • When applicable, own and execute Bolt's annual company-wide retreat.

Requirements:

    • You have 7+ years of experience.
    • You've built out an Employee Experience and Culture function in a fast-growing company.
    • You are a strong project manager.
    • You are motivated by helping to create a meaningful employee experience.
    • You constantly think about incremental improvements and evolution.
    • You are nimble and able to pivot and shift within a fast-paced, growing company.
    • You forge strong relationships and partnerships with stakeholders at all levels.
    • You are a strong communicator who is able to create clear and concise messages, both written and in presentation.
    • You have experience managing a team of direct reports.
