When you’re not catching zzz’s, this is what you’ll do

• Own and maintain software critical to our marketing and e-commerce teams and help empower them to bring key initiatives to life.
• Collaborate with business owners to develop a roadmap that meets objectives, drives key results for growing the business, and creates experiences that delight users.
• Synthesize coherent product requirements that provide clarity, focus and prioritization to complex problems
• Define and track metrics to assess success and failure of products, while ensuring the team and stakeholders are aligned on goals.
• Conduct ongoing competitive analysis of other sites, apps, and products to continually identify ways to improve our user experience.
• Work in an agile development environment, partnering with a other PMs to ensure ceremonies are run efficiently
• Develop actionable user stories with detailed acceptance criteria and edge cases.
• Lead training and onboarding for upcoming software releases

Our dream candidate has...

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in marketing, e-commerce, data and analytics, project management, technology or a related field, or 1 year of product management experience
• creative, highly organized and detail oriented
• an excellent communicator with positive attitude and a sense of humor
• always learning, training, improving yourself and others
• experience with cross functional working styles a plus
