Director, Front Office Transformation Reporting Lead

KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Front Office Transformation Reporting Lead to join our Growth and Strategy organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive reporting strategy & plan for a large front office (sales & marketing) transformation program
• Partner with our business stakeholders to understand their needs and define reporting requirements and shape our strategy and activation plan for reporting
• Manage dependencies across technology and business workstreams and collaborate with other program teams to enable new ways of working and adoption with the new reporting solution
• Drive definition of training and activation plan around reporting in partnership with business process transformation and change teams
• Play a key role in obtaining and incorporating continuous business feedback to enhance reporting and analytics
• Assume responsibility for working with the technical delivery team, program management office team and program communications team to align dates and dependencies across workstreams

Qualifications:

• Minimum eight years of experience in end user reporting, working on large scale cloud and on prem applications, preferably within professional services firm and/or working with CRM technology such as Tableau CRM (TCRM) and Salesforce
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Familiarity with SaaS based application reporting and analytics tools
• Ability to manage by influence within and across various information technology (IT) and business functions
• Experience facilitating diverse stakeholders around complex issues
• Salesforce reporting experience would be a plus
