What You’ll Do: We’re looking for a DevOps Cloud Architect with SaaS experience focused on leading our DevOps function within the Delivery Team. As a DevOps Cloud Architect on the Delivery team you will: · Lead our Delivery Team as a Cloud Architect to mature our DevOps capability between Delivery and Development. · Design and own CI/CD Pipelines to allow for continuous deployment. · Design and implement robust solutions for our application infrastructure (ECS, Kubernetes, AWS RDS, Lambda functions, etc.), such as monitoring, disaster recovery, etc. · Develop deep understanding of our SaaS products to mature our monitoring to help identify and troubleshoot issues. · Contribute to our FinOps team to manage costs within our cloud environment. · Lead and mentor our Delivery Team on Cloud/DevOps best practices. · Design and develop innovative solutions that solve tough challenges in the industry. · Maintain high quality work products. · Manage multiple job duties through efficient task management. · Communicate effectively with business partners and clients when needed. What You’ll Need: · Passion to build a world class team that embraces Cloud and DevOps best practices to build best-in-class SaaS applications serving the health care industry. · 10+ years of experience as a Cloud Architect focusing in DevOps on a SaaS platform. · 7+ years of experience working with Kubernetes. · Expertise with Infrastructure as code and Infrastructure Architecture. · Experience optimizing costs with cloud solutions. · Experience with application monitoring tools, such as Datadog · Experience incorporating DR planning into a DevOps workflow · Development experience with Java/.Net and working with DevOps technologies (we use a combination of GitLab, GitLab Pipelines, TeamCity, Docker, Terraform, etc) · Experience with delivering high-volume production SaaS applications deployed on the cloud · Relational database development experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc. · Great analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. · Great communication skills (written and verbal) · Desire to work in a highly-collaborative, distributed environment ...and if you also have any of the following, even better! · Experience interfacing with clients. · Experience in a healthcare or public health environment · Familiarity with standards like HL7, CCD/CCDA, DIRECT, IHE, MDM · Experience working with document and/or graph data stores.
