Description:
Lockheed Martin is seeking a Financial Analyst for a position in Grand Prairie, TX to assist with contract EVMS setup and management, cost control and analysis, proposal preparation, and staffing.
As a Financial Analyst you would:
- Develop and track budgets, manpower forecasting and Earned Value computation for a variety of funding sources.
- Support a myriad of program finance functions; including establishing / managing program cost baselines, conducting Earned Value analysis and associated variance analysis using various Enterprise tool-sets including EFS, SAP and others.
- Conduct Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis and prepare accompanying analysis and recommendations for presentation to various levels of leadership.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- MS Office experience (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Finance experience
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field
- Three years of related experience; or one year with a Master's degree
- Earned Value Management (EVM) experience and knowledge
- Experience with EFS, SAP and Winsight
- LM Program Performance Management Process (PPMP) familiarity and understanding
- Self-starter, organization skills and shows initiative by seeking ways to improve processes and data analysis
- Ability to build strong interdependent business relationships with key customers
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and Look Up functions
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with program management
- Experience in DoD or Aerospace
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered experienced, but still a learner.
