The role will be based in Dublin and will support the accounting function for the EMEA region, specifically the Ireland entities.

Description

The Total Rewards Advisor position is part of the Global HR Total Rewards Team which is responsible for the design, implementation and communication of the Total Rewards Strategy. The Total Rewards Advisor will assist with the setup, implementation and administration of new health and welfare benefits, retirement programs, risk benefits, and perks and allowances across the EMEA region.

This will initially be a 6 - month contract position based from our EMEA HQ in Dublin.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the TR Team including drafting policies, handbooks and other employee materials to reflect new benefit plans
• Provide TR support to various Integration transactions and projects
• Partner with other HR and Communications stakeholders to deliver employee communications
• Assist in effective due diligence support in the company’s Merger and Integration efforts and smooth transition of processes.
• Assist with system testing requirements (Payroll, HRIS, etc)
• Vendor Management Support: Assist in implementation and management of vendor relationships, contracts, and processes
• Partner with internal stakeholders to draft SOP’s and internal processes

Key Competencies

• Strong project management, process management, analytical skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills accompanied with cultural sensitivity. Excellent planning, co-ordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines and competing priorities
• Ability to build relationships while working remotely
• M&A experience an advantage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR or related field
• Previous experience working in a Total Rewards environment
• Fluent English speaker (having a second European language would be advantageous)
