Job Description

The Product Operations will lead a small cross functional team of motivated and experienced program managers and engineers. While primary working with ODM partner on new and sales promotional product launches, this role will be accountable for NPI program schedule, cost, quality, and supply chain readiness of Cisco Business(SBTG) platform business. The role will focus on hardware product lifecycle management, ensuring supply chain is aligned to the product portfolio. In addition, this role includes enabling SW into manufacturing sites to support hardware flatforms and selected options. You will be interfacing with Product Management, HW and SW engineering, rest of Supply Chain organization(manufacture, Technologies and Quality, Demand Planning, Sourcing), and other operations teams.

You will drive operational efficiency of existing processes and help build new tools and plans to respond to changes in business operations, changing demands of the market and regulatory landscape. You will need to both understand the details and see the bigger picture to be an effective manager and trusted business partner.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small cross functional team consisting of NPPM, SCPM, EPE, MPE, and TDE.
  • Execute NPI programs and lifecycle operation, following established product lifecycle management process.
  • Implement process and system improvement initiatives to streamline product launch process.
  • Product change management.
  • Handle partner concerns from internal and external teams.
  • Build strong relationships with Cisco counterparts.
  • Work with SCO site leadership team, lead site development initiative.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 10+ year industry experience.
  • Proven experience in a business operations, product operations, consulting, or project/program management role. Relevant engineering experience is favorable.
  • Strong project management skills to lead improvement projects and implement new processes.
  • Superb communication skills for cross functional collaboration.
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate to effectively lead your team.
