It’s an exciting time to be at Infoblox. Named a Top 25 Cyber Security Company by The Software Report and one of Inc. magazine’s Best Workplaces for 2020, Infoblox is the leader in cloud-first networking and security services. Our solutions empower organizations to take full advantage of the cloud to deliver network experiences that are inherently simple, scalable, and reliable for everyone. We are looking for an Internal Auditor to join our team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Internal Audit. In this remote role, you will partner with all functions in the company to ensure that financial reporting controls are operating and use research and data analytic skills to provide management with insights into the operation of high-risk areas. This opportunity will challenge and hone your report writing and presentation skills and encourage you to look for and identify process improvements.

You’re the ideal candidate if you are a self-starter, a strong collaborator, and are deadline and results-driven.

What you’ll do:

  • Perform audits over the financial controls guided by the Senior Manager of Internal Audit
  • Work, problem-solve, and execute when given clear instruction, including escalating audits with propriety and appropriateness
  • Progress corrective actions and process improvements to a solid conclusion while maintaining strong relationships with company functions
  • Speak with data, but also make judgment calls as to the performance of controls
  • Evaluate company records, applications, datasets, key reports, and 3rd party documentation
  • Collaborate with Internal Audit and other functions for unique audits and projects

What you’ll bring:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent technical degree
  • 2+ years of auditing experience or relevant work experience or education, CPA, CIA and/or CFE a plus
  • Strong ability to learn new processes and review them for risk
  • Able to consider the holistic impact of findings across the organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Developing Technology General Controls knowledge

What success looks like:

After six months, you will...

  • Develop a strong understanding of Infoblox processes and HR technology
  • Begin to work independently to the audit schedule using the audit methodology
  • Have participated and significantly contributed to ‘high risk’ area audits as defined by the ACFE
  • Build partnerships with cross-functional peers and key stakeholders
  • Develop a strong understanding of the monthly and quarterly metrics for the executive team
  • Support the maintenance and configuration of integrations and external vendors

After about a year, you will...

  • Gain a holistic understanding of the HR systems to help drive overall process improvements
  • Contribute to the growing structure and library of audits by developing and codifying functional audits
  • Work independently to collaborate with most functions of the business in the execution of audit work.
  • Deliver a variety of advanced analytic and HR dashboards for users across the organization

We’ve got you covered:

Our holistic benefits package includes coverage of your health, wealth, and wellness—as well as a great work environment, employee programs, and company culture. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a 401k with company match and generous paid time off to help you balance your life. We have a strong culture and live our values every day—we believe in transparency, curiosity, respect, and above all, having fun while delighting our customers.

Speaking of a great work environment, here are just a few of the perks you may enjoy, depending on your location...

  • Onsite massages, clubs, farmers market, and fitness classes
  • Delicious and healthy snacks and beverages
  • Electric vehicle charging stations
  • Outdoor amenities, seating, and courtyard BBQ
  • Dog park and pet-friendly programs
  • Newly remodeled offices with state-of-the-art amenities
