THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Product Operations Analyst at Xactly Corporation, you will oversee product management tools and adherence of the team to product lifecycle processes to ensure we deliver the best products in the market. As a part of your role, you will gain in-depth knowledge of how we effectively design, implement, and deliver our products. We are looking for you to partner with the product, engineering and the go-to-market teams to improve alignment of processes, and adoption of the tools, throughout the roadmap and delivery of our products. You will be responsible for developing and implementing governance policies, user access strategy, including creating a measurement framework to track and monitor progress and usage on the PM tools. As a centralized resource for the product team, you will work with product and process specialists to manage new process implementations, and config changes as needed. Xactly Product Management is a lively, tight-knit team consisting of Product Managers, Product Marketers, and User Experience professionals. We are the innovative, forward-thinkers of the product, always collaborating and striving to discover the best solutions for our users. As a member of our team, you will work with a supportive group of people who are invested in your learning, growth, and success!

THE SKILL SET:

• Prefer 1-2 years of experience in product, business or operations team with cross functional project/ program management experience
• Expert level user of tools like MS Excel and G Suite
• Experience with managing PM tools like JIRA, Pendo, AHA or others
• Knowledge of Project management tools like smartsheet is a plus
• Demonstrable quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• A team player who can contribute both collaboratively in groups and autonomously
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on time
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of product lifecycle and development processes preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

• Get your bearings and begin to build a strong foundation, upon which to grow
• Build relationships with internal business partners including product teams, engineering, marketing, sales, enablement, customer success and support.
• Gain a strong understanding of Sales Performance Management space and the business challenges Xactly solves

• Have a strong understanding of the business, and begin teaching us a thing or two we don’t know

WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL

• Begin to implement the vision for change/impact that you have been developing over the past 6-months

WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL

• Be seen as a well-versed, trusted business-advisor and expert, making a significant positive impact company-wide
