About the Role

Validity is seeking a field marketing manager for the APAC region based in Sydney, Australia. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial marketer to join the team and take full command of the brand awareness and demand gen marketing functions in support of our APAC sales efforts. As a member of our international marketing team, who works hand in hand with our demand generation team, this marketer will be provided with the tools and support they need to do the best and most creative work of their careers.

Position Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling multi-channel marketing programs to support the demand generation needs of our sales team in the APAC region.
  • Build a consistent feedback loop with sales to improve marketing campaigns
  • Broadcast our product team’s newest innovations to generate demand within our prospect database and within the marketing, database management, and sales operations market.
  • Measure and analyze marketing attribution dashboards (powered by Bizible) to best understand what is fueling revenue for the business in order to double down on what’s working and vacate what isn’t.
  • Identify what the most influential marketing, data management, and sales groups are within the region to build strong sponsorship relationships that help us to generate demand within the region.
  • Establish intimate knowledge or our database (Marketo) of marketing leads to uncover opportunities for engagement
  • Work closely with subject matter experts from across the business to create your own intimate events and scalable webinars within the region.
  • Manage the local PR agency to ensure we are being placed in relevant publications in the region to build brand awareness.
  • Understand the principles and tactics of an account-based marketing strategy in order to deploy your budget and resources toward the ideal fit accounts.
  • Align closely with the sales development team to ensure they understand how best to follow up with the marketing qualified accounts you generate and so that they also understand what campaigns and assets are available to support their efforts.

Required Experience, Skills, and Education

  • 5+ years of marketing experience some of which must be in SaaS martec, salestec, or data technologies are preferred
  • 3+ years of demand generation experience with experience in implementing end-to-end multichannel demand generation programs
  • Proficient at campaign reporting and analysis tools such as Marketo, Salesforce or similar
  • Experience reporting on marketing attribution and ROI metrics
  • Experience partnering with SDRs and sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver offers and campaigns
  • Ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders, speakers, analysts, etc. to achieve objectives and hit timelines

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree
