Cvent is looking for a Manager, Demand Generation to drive growth within a targeted set of accounts; ultimately, driving engagement, awareness and adoption of the Cvent Event Marketing and Management Platform. The Manager, Demand Generation will work closely with the product marketing and sales teams to develop an integrated program mix that takes an account-first approach to driving demand for our Agency and Partner accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience launching cutting edge marketing technologies and tactics to successfully engage agency accounts as well as meet and exceed a pipeline target. This role is critical in redefining our go-to-market strategy and scaling the business both by marketing Cvent’s partnership program and enabling our agency and alliance partners to sell more Cvent products.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and implement a high touch marketing strategy for Event Agency customers and prospects and our Alliance Partners. This involves planning, playbook development, measurement, budget, list management, lead nurturing and reporting
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaign concept, content requirements, buyer’s journey development and digital marketing execution using various channels (e.g. paid and earned media, email marketing, content marketing)
- Collaborate with the web, product marketing and digital teams to enhance our Partner portal and web pages
- Nurture contacts within prioritized accounts and engage that audience consistently with innovative, unexpected and intentional messaging to drive account opportunities
- Measure the success of your marketing programs and campaigns from an account, pipeline and marketing investment perspective – continue to optimize for performance.
- Measure and optimize account performance, reporting progress while identifying opportunities for improvement
- Help ensure that we’re maximizing the partner portal and using it to build engagement.
- As Manager, Demand Generation focused on partners you will cultivate, maintain and build upon excellent partner relationships, assist partners with the ability to implement joint marketing campaigns and work closely as a team with our sales team to align on strategy and execute on that strategy with your aligned partners
- Develop relationships at key partners to ensure our products and services are positioned well and that the partner sees a successful business opportunity
- Work closely with Cvent’s sales enablement and partner marketing teams to ensure our partners receive the proper training and supporting assets
What You Will Need For This Position:
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- 8+ years experience in a B2B enterprise software environment
- Understanding of intent-driven advertising tools, conversion rate optimization (CRO), landing page optimization and search engine optimization (SEO) techniques
- Previous experience building, launching and reporting on campaigns using marketing automation platforms such as; Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot and Salesforce; ABM platform experience is a plus
- Ability to operate in a dynamic, high growth business environment and adapt along with the organization as it continues to grow
- Ability to work calmly and maintain good judgment in a fast-paced environment
- An analytical and results-oriented mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with people across the globe on a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds
