The Role The Operations Technician will work in the Salt Lake City area with the Onboarding team to help get properties ready for tenant move-in. You will meet with owners to pick up keys, thoroughly inspect properties upon move-in (and do occasional repairs), and stage the interior of the property. This role incorporates some heavy lifting, driving to properties (and occasionally to stores), and an eye for detail so the property is up to Zeus standard and ready for tenant move-in.

What You'll Do

• Project manage a property from conducting initial inspection, through staging, up to tenant move-in
• Input inspection notes into field app
• Communicate progress updates to different teams
• Be the first point of contact for Zeus when onboarding properties
• Conduct thorough inspections of properties
• Meet face to face with owners to discuss any improvements/ fixes needed
• Staging entire properties by following a design plan which can include hanging art, mounting TV's, moving furniture, organizing kitchen and bathroom goods and furniture assembly
• Liaison between Zeus, owners, and/ or leasing office

What You Bring

• Strong attention to detail from home improvements to cleanliness
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities
• Detailed note taking skills
• Clear communication skills at all times. Regardless of whether things are going right or wrong. Over-communicating updates is vital in this role
• Previous staging experience is a plus
• Reliable automobile transportation (preferably a large car or van) and a valid Driver’s License and insurance
