B2B Marketing & Lead Generation Manager, Deliveroo Media & Ecommerce

We are looking for a B2B Marketing & Lead Generation Manager to join the sales team of Deliveroo Media & Ecommerce. The role will be based in our HQ in London (with flexible, hybrid working) and will report to the Global Director Deliveroo Media & Ecommerce.

The Role

This role will be responsible for executing the launch of a new B2B brand for advertisers and agencies and owning multiple global content and lead generation programs. This role is designed to support sales performance and will be focused on measurable outcomes (e.g. new leads), on time and on budget project delivery and overall quality and consistency of marketing assets.

The Team

Deliveroo Media & eCommerce (formerly "Commercial Partnerships") is the 3rd party retail media, sampling and eCommerce marketing platform for consumer brands wanting to drive more demand on the Deliveroo platform. We partner with leading global consumer brands to help them drive their advertising reach, product trial and sales conversion rates. We have a range of roles available across sales, strategy and operations as we seek to build out this exciting business.

Key Responsibilities

This is an individual contributor role designed to support sales performance.

  • Designs, implements and owns global lead generation program to support sales of services of Deliveroo Media & Ecommerce (Digital Advertising, Data License Agreements, and Sampling)
  • Designs, implements and owns a global content marketing program that drives brand awareness for Deliveroo Media & Ecommerce and new leads for the sales teams
  • Designs and executes tactical marketing initiatives to drive awareness and sales of the Deliveroo Media & Ecommerce products and services with FMCG’s, agencies and programmatic advertising platforms
  • Executes the launch of a new B2B brand for advertisers and agencies, including the creation of a single hub for brand and sales support content for internal and external audiences
  • Establishes productive and efficient ways of working with the Head of Sales, the Director of Agency Sales and an international team of Account Directors

Requirements

The role requires strong performance based B2B marketing experience, strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail and high level of rigor in (brand) content management.

  • Background - proven experience in performance based B2B marketing. Experience in sales organisations is preferred
  • Performance - demonstrable track record in generating and validating sales leads for B2B sales teams and familiarity with automated lead generation- and nurturing platforms like SalesForce, Adobe, Eloqua
  • Analytical - Ability to implement fit-for-purpose controls around project and programs that generate actionable information to understand impact & ROI of marketing investment timely and accurately
  • Operational rigor - ability to manage (production, distribution, version control, sunsetting) a library of brand content and sales collateral, ensuring our internal and external stakeholders have access to up to date materials at all times
  • Stakeholder Management - engaging, informing, and gaining the support of various stakeholders. Taking time to collaborate and build relationships; earning the respect and trust of others within the organisation through strong emotional intelligence and communication skills
