As a Learning Experience Specialist (LEX) for Customer Engagement Operations Readiness within GCO Learning & Talent Development (GCO L&TD), you would be responsible for ensuring readiness for Global Customer Operations (GCO) strategic initiatives. Our LEXs collaborate with business stakeholders and global learning colleagues to execute cross-functional projects that support evolving product enhancements, teammate tools and servicing strategies in alignment with GCO goals and priorities.
Core Responsibilitie s:
- Conduct business needs analysis, partnering with subject matter experts
- Validate process excellence of the initiative roadmap, milestone planning, communications and business impact analysis
- Support the GCO L&TD team in initiative execution in areas including, but not limited to product, servicing, teammate tools, and soft skills training
- Initiative design activities for learning experiences including selection of appropriate learning experience, and define build activities as required
- Communicate updates to business stakeholders and GCO L&TD team
- Adhere and contribute to standards for ensuring appropriate documentation of learning initiative projects, visibility and record keeping for lookback purposes
- Effectively identify and ensure appropriate resource requests, develop contingency plans for critical execution points
- Provide on-going coaching and development of GCO L&TD team members in initiative execution and needed learning design
Qualifications:
- 4 years of work experience or equivalent education in project leadership, learning, curriculum design
Job Requirements :
- Demonstrate leadership, change management, communication skills
- Competency in execution of learning design processes starting with training needs analysis, through design, delivery & assessment
- Identify competing priorities and proactively plan to support successful implementation
- Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure with competing priorities
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Act as a team player with an ability to lead and motivate others
- Use Microsoft Office, productivity and learning design tools (Smartsheet, SharePoint, Captivate, WorkRamp, LMS, multimedia design tools, etc.) to build and administrate learning experiences
