EHS Training Manager @Siemens Mobility – Cairo office with extensive site Visits

Today, we are recruiting for the EHS Training Manager position to Join our Project Team in Cairo office. This is an excellent career opportunity for Professionals from Rail /Transportation Business looking to join a truly international team.

What are my responsibilities?

• Implements defined superior policies and guidelines, and defines and ensures implementation of function specific processes, procedures, methods and/or tools.
• Leads technical training program implementation for employees and/or customers to develop technical competencies and skills required.
• Leads the development, preparation, implementation, and follow-up for all service training activities for assigned business partners/products.
• Explores trends, innovations, and applications within the training industry.
• Plans, formulates, and approves technical training programs. Leads the evaluation of the effectiveness of programs for updating and enhancement.
• Manages organization unit(s) assigned and leads and/or coordinates dedicated management and staff.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or business administration and recognized qualification on similar projects with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the designated professions, with preferable three or more years of relevant experience in the transport industry.
• Solid quality and safety management experience from Electrical, Mechanical Domain.
• Railway system work experience is highly appreciated
• Very good command of both the spoken and written English language
