About the team & Opportunity:

innovaTel is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator with a proven track record in data-driven, B2B healthcare initiatives. With the rapid expansion and adoption of telehealth over the past 18 months, innovaTel has grown tremendously and is looking for a results-oriented, collaborative Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing strategy.

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the strategy and execution of innovaTel’s marketing efforts developed specifically to drive revenue growth from both new and existing customers, as well as support the growth of our nationwide clinical team of providers.

Accountabilities:

  • Plan, manage and execute all in-person conferences, virtual conferences, webinars and special events.
    • Identify conferences aligned with strategic initiatives
    • Plan and coordinate all activities to successfully execute conferences and events including registration, travel, shipment of booths and promotional materials.
    • Order and maintain inventory of identified marketing collateral and promotional items.
    • Develop and submit total identified expenses aligned with budget to accounting for approval.
    • Develop and send pre and post event communications to attendees via CRM.
    • Identify speakers for presentations
    • Design conference or webinar PowerPoint presentations with relevant content
  • Manage association partnerships by identifying opportunities, designing and executing co-marketing plans with each association. Co-marketing plans typically include webinars, designing messaging for newsletters, email blasts and conferences.
  • Work collaboratively with sales team to identify and design a suite of relevant and robust sales enablement tools to arm the sales team, including pitch decks, product one-pagers, client and provider case studies, etc.
  • Support external vendor relationships (marketing agencies) currently supporting our marketing efforts.
  • Proofread and edit all marketing and sales content to ensure alignment with desired voice and tone for identified target audiences. Collaborate across all departments to ensure marketing strategy is delivering on companywide needs.
  • Support clinical recruitment team to improve our clinical recruitment efforts with identified communication and marketing needs to grow clinical provider pipeline.
  • Continue to expand the awareness of the innovaTel brand, monitor competitive landscape, identify industry trends and focus on position within the market while continuing to establish innovaTel as the nation’s leading telepsychiatry provider.

Qualifications - Minimum

  • 3+ years of experience with B2B marketing
  • Familiarity with CRM software. HubSpot or Salesforce preferred
  • Demonstrated success communicating and working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong creative and design skills to be executed in PowerPoint and Photoshop
  • Ability to thrive in fast paced environment working across multiple department

Qualifications - Preferred

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Healthcare and/or health tech experience and working with clinical experts a plus
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Forward-thinking, creative and data-driven
  • Incredible attention to detail
