The Sales Onboarding Program Manager will play a key role in the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of Sales Onboarding for Smartsheet's sales teams. You will work closely with the Manager of Global Field Onboarding and Sales Leadership to support business goals and guide growth through increased productivity for new sales reps. You will be the liaison between the new hires, their managers, and other partners to ensure success in their assigned job responsibilities over the course of their first 90 days.
