Providence is calling a Senior Manager IAM Security Engineering to one of our locations in the Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles, or Texas area.

We are seeking a Senior Manager IAM Security Engineering who will be responsible for the technologies supporting the Identity and Access Management strategy, contributing to the IAM cyber security strategies. Expert technical knowledge of IAM, SSO, MFA, Privileged Access Management, and Active Directories is required and large scale implementations. Specifically, Domain/Active Directory, SailPoint, GPOs, expertise is required. Knowledgeable on information security policy, standards and controls development and integration in a high growth company. The role leads a team of 10 and is responsible for implementation and operational support of the technologies. Required: Experience leading and managing to information security policy, standards and controls development and integration in a high-growth company (4 years). Leading and getting results from cross-functional work groups of managers and above (2 years). Experience managing in IAM and/Security space for 5 years.

In this position you will have the following responsibilities:

• Experience managing a 10 person engineering team with the result of a high performing, highly desired team.
• Skilled at effectively building positive relationships with colleagues, customers and executive leadership and align, cross functionally, to other teams roadmaps, strategies and policies. Specifically the IAM Ops team and Security.
• Demonstrated ability to study, understand, adapt and respond effectively to a constantly changing environment.
• Expert in Identity and Access Management best practices. Advanced knowledge of Security policies and procedures, HIPAA compliance, PCI compliance.
• Skilled at effectively building positive relationships with colleagues, customers and executive leadership and align, cross functionally, to other teams roadmaps, strategies and policies.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and conduct assessment of fitness to the enterprise strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a multi-functional team to deliver a high quality of service within budget and Executive Leadership expectation.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent education/experience.
• 8 years Related experience.
• 6 years Leadership experience.
