What You’ll Do
- Handle complex, non-routine customer service inquiries and problems for the majority of all call type functions, deviating, when needed, from standard screens, scripts, and procedures.
- Respond and/or troubleshoot customer questions.
How You’ll Do It
- Handle complex, non-routine customer service inquiries and problems for the majority of all call type functions via telephone, digital, or chat channels through effective communication and problems-solving skills. Deviate, when needed, from standard screens, scripts, and procedures to resolve these inquiries and problems.
- Document customer files.
- Use discretionary authority to satisfy the customer within reasonable limits including, but not limited to, adjustments, credit limit increases, and complex solutions.
- Utilize effective verbal communication and problem-solving skills to handle complex customer service inquiries.
- Handle situations which may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to customer response.
- Navigate a computerized system for responding to and/or troubleshooting customer questions.
Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics
- High school diploma or GED
Bonus Points If You Have
- 1+ years of applicable experience in internal department
- A quiet workspace
- Internet service with a minimum speed of 5mbps
