Senior Financial Analyst

Job Description

KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Finance & Accounting to join our Finance & Accounting organization.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of various monthly financial reports
• Work with functional leaders and program managers in developing their annual plan, quarterly forecasts and projections
• Routinely review and analyze financial results and communicate variances and recommend solutions with team and functional leader
• Provide decision support through modeling and ad hoc analysis
• Lead or participate in team projects and continuous improvement opportunities and initiatives

Qualifications:

• Minimum three years of progressive accounting and finance experience; preferably within a professional services environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field from an accredited college or university
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Experience with data retrieval and reporting systems such as Hyperion Financial Management, SAP and Business Objects HANA
• Preferred experience (not required) Business Analytics Tools (Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau are some examples)
