Location: US Remote

This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.

What you'll get to do...

  • Lead and implement global NPS tracking research to answer high priority NPS questions, including:
  • Analyzing trending data and drivers of NPS, from internal and external tracking programs. This includes survey-based data and linked behavioral data when relevant.
  • Translate research findings into clear business implications and influence action against key drivers with cross-functional collaborators
  • Consolidate relevant insights and actions in quarterly business review narratives for exec attention
  • Conduct custom NPS / Brand Deep dive research and analysis as needed
  • Lead all aspects of primary research studies, including partnering with essential team members to frame problems, appropriately scope out and craft the research methodology, analyze results and present findings. Includes running research projects outsourced to market research vendors
  • Display expertise with current market research tools and methods, and continuously surface innovative view point to problem solving
  • Build positive relationships with business partners and external vendors
  • Synthesize data and information from multiple sources to advise strategy, guide tactical decisions and inform the business
  • Share knowledge broadly across the organization
  • Manage a small team of NPS researchers/analysts
  • Success in this role is measured by the ability to influence partner teams using insights around how to improve our product experience

Your experience should include...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Consumer Behavior, Psychology, Marketing, Statistics, or related field required; Graduate degree in marketing, market research, psychology, sociology, anthropology, or related field preferred
  • 5-10 years of experience managing custom research and insights projects
  • Masterful at uncovering insights with the ability to inspire and influence others
  • Exemplary communications skills; Strong intuition for business; Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, Ability to lead through ambiguity; Display strong sense of urgency; Excellent executive presence, Someone who gets things done
  • Excellent ability to develop clear and compelling presentations for delivery to senior executives

Highly effective written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present with impact;

  • Must be fluent in English and proficient with Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Familiarity with Qualtrics survey platform is required
  • Must be organized, proactive, curious and solution oriented looking for ways to contribute added value; Possess strong planning, problem solving, teamwork and relationship-building skills
