We are seeking to hire a Solution Support Engineer II to be based in Bethesda, Maryland or Canton, OH with a hybrid in office and remote work week. If you have 2 or more years of technical understanding and /or hands-on experience in the software development lifecycle preferably in SAP Product Compliance coupled with a track record of exceptional customer service then we want to talk with you!

As a Solution Support Engineer, you will provide post-sales support for our content based solutions. In this role, you will provide ongoing training and customer support for a best in class experience. You will also be the champion in improving our processes and procedures for these products.

Customer Support:

  • Provide customer support services to clients through our 3E Support portal. Primary focus will be triaging and analyzing client support needs. Either solving or coordinating other resources to resolve issues related to the 3E suite of integrated content products
  • Acts as a liaison between the client and internal departments to facilitate the best customer experience for the client.
  • Own the complete end-to-end customer experience through the opening and closure of support requests
  • Monitoring content related cases to ensure client case are moving forward to resolution and escalating issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet with Product Management and collaborate on client reported bugs, enhancements, and support requests

Project Management:

  • Project management of customer initiatives to include migration and implementation support

Quality:

  • Writing test plan/cases, performing various forms of testing (functional, regression, user acceptance testing), reporting issue and test results in JIRA, and capturing test results in Confluence.

Training and Documentation:

  • Develop training materials and other end user support documentation (e.g. product release notes, user guides, knowledge base articles and FAQ for the 3E suite of integrated content products
  • Deliver client training in collaboration with the Implementation team
  • Assists w/training, development and sharing of best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of customer support

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of technical understanding and /or hands-on experience in the software development lifecycle preferably in SAP Product Compliance
  • A deep passion for the customer experience with extensive delivery of customer service in a technical, chemical or regulatory environment required
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize workloads from multiple, competing demands
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • Excellent organizational and listening skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills resulting in the effective delivery of detailed information/instruction

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field preferred
  • Experience in JIRA and Confluence preferred
  • Experience in project management a plus
  • Data analytics experience preferred
