As Talent Acquisition Coordinator at MetaLab, you’ll play a key supporting role in our ability to provide a standout experience for candidates. From preparing and posting open roles to reference calls to coordinating employment agreements, a lot of elements go into a smooth hiring process.
As a member of our Talent team, you’ll schedule interviews with global hiring teams, prepare and post open roles, as well as look for ways we can improve how our team operates. You love making genuine connections with folks from around the world and are looking to get more exposure to what hiring for a truly remote team looks like.
