A passion for bringing those experiences to life, whether hybrid, virtual, or in person, is the ideal for the position of Manager, Event Marketing. As a critical member of the team, you’ll be in charge of taking our third party event strategy to the next level - building the overarching vision and executing to meet aggressive brand awareness and pipeline targets across the most important events in the restaurant industry.

Success in this role is someone who has a strong background in both event strategy and logistics and who can drive best-in-class experiences that attract, engage, and convert prospect audiences. You should have a proven track record of executing an events program to deliver leads and increase revenue for a business, ideally in the software industry. About this role (Responsibilities):

• Responsible for developing best-in-class tradeshow strategy with a specific focus on building brand awareness and engaging activations that produce qualified leads that turn into revenue.
• Own end-to-end cross functional program management and execution of in-person and virtual national tradeshows including sponsorship selection, messaging and positioning, logistics, staffing management, booth production, and experience design.
• Develop pre-event, at-event, and post-event integrated marketing plans in alignment with product marketing, sales, partner marketing, customer marketing, and field teams.
• Forecast event performance, set goals, and track budget — report on ROI, engagement, lead generation and feedback to consistently assess and implement opportunities for improvement.
• As the team grows, the ability and willingness to expand other parts of the event program.

Do you have the right ingredients ? (Requirements):

• 5+ years of events experience, specifically with tradeshow management
• End-to-end event planning and execution experience
• Comfortable managing multiple events at once
• Enjoys planning high touch, highly visible events for external audiences
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a customer service focus and networking ability
• Familiarity with working in cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
