In this role, you will help build the future of our Global Identity and Access Management Program; joining a Global team of experts as the Identity Access Management (IAM) Systems Analyst.

No two days are the same. You will be involved with building out and operationalizing the authorization cleanup and application onboarding programs. You will be involved with helping to improve overall user experience based on associates’ feedback. You will be working in an exciting, evolving ecosystem of Digital, IT and processes with real impact on security, compliance, and associate experience. You will be expected to be a proactive IAM team member, influence others through indirect leadership within the IAM team and support the development of security solutions to reduce risks to the enterprise.

To thrive in this career, you’ll need:

  • 3-5 Years experience with Identity and Access Management (specifically application onboarding and authorization clean up activities)
  • To produce and deliver high quality work products including formal deliverables, presentations, proposals
  • Be a self starter, highly organized with a keen eye for detail, and strong presentation skills

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Here's what you can expect on a typical day in the life of an IAM Systems Analyst at ADP.

  • Design and implementation of the authorization cleanup efforts as well as the application onboarding factory in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve gaps in the business processes which may include security/authorization set-up, documentation, application data, and reconciliation
  • Recommend improvements and remediation for associated projects or current internal processes
  • Review application data to ensure processes meet defined policies and comply with information security requirements; analyze data to provide insights and recommendations
  • Work directly with application managers and technical teams to gather requirements and information on application data through reviews, information gathering sessions and walkthroughs.
  • Performs documentation writing and maintenance of existing processes and procedures as well as creation of new process and procedures

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills and experience to do the job. To be successful in this role, you'll have 3-5 years of experience in the same or similar role.
