We are looking for a Sales Coordinator/ Analyst (m/f/d) for our 3 Munich Complex hotels (The Westin Grand Munich, Four Points by Sheraton Munich Arabellapark, Aloft Munich) with immediate effect:
This is what your day looks like:
- Administrative support of the sales team
- Timely and accurate communication of customer requests to all internal departments in order to ensure excellent guest services
- Assist in the renegotiation of corporate rate agreements for all corporate accounts
- Actively support and promote Marriott International sales programs such as MI Leads, Marriott BONVOY, etc.
- Continually increase and improve department efficiency and organization through the design and implementation of administrative systems
- Maintaining and updating systems such as MarRFP, Lanyon, ratefinding.com, I-Faber, etc.
- Preparation of bid sheets, handling of acceptance, contract preparation and processing.
- Preparation and management of CompCalls
- In collaboration with the Market Analyst, creation and updating of rate generators
- Planning and support of customer events
- Assisting vendors and team with BEO and site inspections
- Assist in planning and managing market reconnaissance and training trips
- Understanding and processing group and event requests
- Assume responsibility and/or assist with internal department projects
What we want from you:
- initial sales experience in the context of training / internship
- ideally a bachelor's degree in sales or specialized vocational training
- excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- ability to work with many different stakeholders both internally and externally
- good analytical skills
- good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- communicative, detail-oriented, flexible
- Energy, enthusiasm and a "can-do" attitude
- Team player with high loyalty and integrity
