As the gatekeeper for all customer repairs, whether it’s a quick repair or a more involved procedure, the Genius Admin manages customer expectations.

Description • Shares information and provides service that continuously enhances the customer experience. • Manages and oversees all operational activities in the Repair Room. • Manages the “quick repair process”: identifies, prioritizes, and stages all quick repairs that are completed while the customer waits. • Keeps customers updated on repair status to minimize the potential negative impact of aging repairs. • Assists with customer service issues. • Manages customer pickup process for all completed repairs, including identifying, verifying, and preparing. • Processes received depot repairs: verifies successful repair, confirms repairs, contacts customers, and manages case notes. • Works with Operations Team to manage and track service repair inventory; is acutely aware of inventory levels and orders replacement consumables. • Stays alert to loss-prevention issues; use checks and balances based on processes and reports. • Manages end-of-month and new-month paperwork, CRU paperwork, and document storage.
