Guild is hiring a Business Technology Project Manager to aid in supporting our growing employee base.

As an IT Project Manager, you’ll be a member of a small, collaborative Business Technology PMO. Your primary responsibilities will include managing various projects from start to finish and helping to execute the organizations’ specific IT goals. The IT Project Manager will be a critical member of the team, working cross functionally to create and maintain an efficient and productive technical environment.

As an IT Project Manager, you will:

  • Establish relationships with departments across the organization
  • Develop detailed project plans
  • Coordinate work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project requirements, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments
  • Work with departmental stakeholders to gather requirements and effectively complete projects
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, management, and/or the appropriate stakeholders regarding progress, status, issues, and metrics
  • Manage implementation processes including progress tracking, monitoring change control process
  • Ensure standard operating procedures are followed throughout projects
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Ensure the quality of internal deliverables required for tech projects and audits of information systems, platforms, and SOPs
  • Assist with creation and maintaining documentation for internal tasks and procedures
  • Use organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Actively iterate on project processes through communication and regular feedback with various stakeholders
  • Continuous review of IT processes and systems to proactively recommend and implement improvements
  • Leverage Guild’s project management tool for both internal and cross-functional projects to track tasks, updates, communication, reporting and more
  • Assist in project management training of new technology staff members

We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $95,000-$121,250 as well as company stock options.
