Job Description
We are Bosch CyberCompare. As a knowledge and intermediation platform for cybersecurity, we are building the industry's new market-shaping ecosystem and thus actively contributing to its design. We are a cybersecurity start-up and fully owned by Robert Bosch GmbH.
As Digital Marketing Manager you are the one of the first employees of a fast-growing startup and report directly to our COO. In this role, you set up and manage digital marketing channels end to end and take full responsibility for the digital appearance of our venture. In particular you are responsible for:
- Create something new: Creating and testing different types of content (visuals, copy), as well as landing pages for the marketing campaigns.
- Use creativity and freedom: Designing, building, and maintaining our social media presence, especially LinkedIn.
- Live internationality: Organizing webinars, both in-house and with partners, in the cybersecurity space.
- Implement reliably: Planning and executing all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate conscientiously: Evaluating and optimizing the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Think holistically: Tracking, analyzing and optimizing core KPIs along the conversion funnel incl. website traffic, conversion rates and key business KPIs incl. CPL, CAC, and CLV.
- Observe with foresight: Conducting competitive research and analyzing benchmarking data.
- Live cooperation: Steering agencies and vendor partners.
Qualifications
- Education: You have completed your bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field
- Experience: You have gained 2+ years of relevant work experience in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B environment with complex products or technical services. You have experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns
- Know-how: You have solid knowledge in performance marketing and conversion rate optimization (CRO). You have strong knowledge in digital marketing analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush).
- Personality: You are highly ambitious, enjoy having lots of responsibility and equipped with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Working practice: Your approach towards work is structured, analytical and fast.
- Enthusiasm: You have passion and enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team.
- Languages: You have business fluent German and English skills.
