Responsibilities

  • Files documents following established retention policies.
  • Performs routine data entry. Updates graphs and charts.
  • Produces reports that document, verify, and create statistics. Maintains documents and inventory control systems.
  • Reviews documents for accuracy and completeness. Makes necessary adjustments and corrections.
  • Performs data collection, comparison, and balancing to ensure accuracy. Researches, identifies, and corrects out-of-balance work. Initiates or issues inquiries to internal departments or external vendors.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

  • H.S. Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

If we had our say, we’d also look for:

  • 1+ years of experience in data entry, or related field
  • Discover Associate Processing Clerk Experience
