To achieve this our team owns a wide range of features such as 360 homepage, activity feeds, notifications, onboarding, global search and hotkey navigation. Come help us enrich these experiences and provide real value directly to our customers. On the Frontend we use React with Typescript. The data loading layer uses GraphQL and an Apollo client along with Cypress and React Testing Library. The Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer who can deep-dive on challenging technical problems, build scalable solutions and identify performance bottlenecks, iterate quickly and deliver incremental value and who thrives in a collaborative team environment. Location This role is hybrid (remote/office) and located in Indianapolis, IN

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

• Collaborate with designers and engineers to build engaging, simple, intuitive user experiences using the latest web technology
• Work with industry leading engineers and a team that believes in collaboration and having each other's back
• Connect with our internal sales team and get instant feedback about the experiences you create
• Partner with program managers, user researchers, data scientists and engineers to brainstorm solutions and solve customer problems
• Write technical design documents and architect solutions for complex features with ambiguous requirements
• Review others work through code reviews and technical design reviews to provide meaningful feedback around code quality, performance, maintainability and testability

Our Vision of You

• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience delivering interactive web experiences using frameworks such as React, Angular, VueJS, etc...
• Experience creating, debugging and architecting complex components within single page applications
• Ability to balance technical limitations and product requirements to deliver quality experience for users
• Empathy for our users and the curiosity to understand how they work
• Ability to mentor and develop junior developers through code reviews and 1:1 mentorship
