Mode is a remote-first company with cross-functional teams based throughout the US. We welcome applicants from all 50 states. Employees based in the San Francisco area also have the option to work out of our office as desired.

For our 500+ customers, Mode is the central place where data experts and domain experts can come together to make sense of data at the rapid pace of business today.

We are looking to hire an IT professional to join our IT & Facilities Team at Mode, to help manage day to day operations as we quickly scale in every direction. In this role, you will be integral to growing our business as you manage deployment and provisioning for enterprise level apps.

What you'll do

• Management of our Identity and Access Management stack
• Onboard and integrate apps to Okta SSO and MFA
• Manage single sign-on and cloud applications such as Google Workspace, Office 365, Okta, JAMF etc.
• Project management for IT roll-outs and assisting with IT and Facilities projects as needed
• Troubleshoot application provisioning
• Build and document IT and Security processes
• Manage patching process for all internal IT systems and apps
• Configure and manage DLP Policies

What we look for

• Strong Okta skills
• Security minded, familiar with MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) and SSO (Single Sign On)
• Must have experience with MacBooks and Windows machines
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, JAMF, and DLP (Data Loss Prevention) solutions
• Own projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within a larger business initiative
• Knowledge of basic security best practices
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to unblock and debug issues

The compensation range for this role is $70,000-120,000 to be determined by level. #BI-Remote
