Job Description

• As a Software Requirement & Configuration Manager, you are responsible for the overall SW Requirement and configuration Management for the first generation of central ECUs, combining all automated driving and parking functions in a single system.
• You work in very close contact with the SW PCM.
• You have a perfect knowledge of the Requirement Management and Configuration Management objectives and processes.
• You define the DOORS attributes in accordance to the standards and internal processes and control the requirements quality.
• You define the Documentation to be delivered and the Baseline principles in accordance to the standards and internal processes.
• You keep track of the production of all necessary documents and control their quality.
• You report to the SW PCM.

Qualifications

• Education: completed studies in computer engineering or equivalent
• Personality and Working Practice: team player, Leadership, excellent analysis and decision skills, excellent work structure and communication skills, ability to manage priorities in a complex environment and to work under time pressure, solution and target oriented.
• Experience and Knowledge: Several years of experience in Requirement Management and Configuration Management in the automotive or aerospace industry. Deep knowledge of ASPICE. Experience in Project Management. QNX, Linux-based systems Inter-SOC communication (Ethernet, PCIe) is a plus.
  Languages: fluent English, German knowledge is a plus
