SAP Coordination on site

• Build and extend the know-how abilities of Key Users
• Coordinate and support Key Users in testing system upgrades as required
• Managing local access rights
• Support local management in IT Projects

IT Coordination on site

• Project Management – working closely with local IT Team on local projects
• IT Cost Controlling – controlling local purchasing of IT equipment

BI System Support

• Modify SAP BW queries according to the change of business processes and actual user needs
• Support users, host trainings for new employees
• Participate in project testing

Data Security

• Supervisor for Professional DSP/AIM Partner on site

Key areas:

• Information Security and Privacy (ISP)
• Access and Identity Management (AIM)

My iBuy Pro System Support

· Management of indirect purchase ordering system

• Assist requisitioners with system problems and errors
• Point of contact for system updates

Qualifications

Qualifications / Experience

• Previous experience in an IT role
• High proficiency in MS Office products
• Experience and knowledge of SAP desirable.
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems

Additional Information

The position will be reporting directly to the Commercial Responsibility Manager and will be 37 hours per week.
