Your mission

We’re looking for a Business Development, Partnerships Manager to join our growing team. As a Partnerships Manager you are responsible for owning the customer relationship and bridge our partners with the tools and connectors they will be using on the platform. You will report to the Senior Partnerships Manager.

What you will do

• You will own a customer and partner portfolio and build strategic relationships with key stakeholders to become their trusted advisor
• You will establish and maintain a Technology Partner audit by researching, tracking and documenting progress with each partner that results in actionable learnings and partner growth
• You will establish relationships with strategic partners and alliances that benefit Tray.io Customers and our organisation as a whole
• You will provide best practices and technical product expertise
• You will gather and socialize product feedback to inform engineering, sales, and marketing decisions

About you

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• You have 2+ years of experience in the software industry
• You have previous experience as a consultant, customer success manager, technical account manager, program manager or a similar role
• You work well cross-functionally and have the ability to build relationships with other leaders and teams.
• You are inherently motivated, results-focused, maintain a strong bias toward problem solving, thoughtful action, and repeatable and scalable processes.
• You have the ability to translate business goals, objectives, and strategies into technical plans and solutions.
• You are adaptable and willing to flex between consultancy, project management, and support, as needed.
